Wow! What can I say y'all? I used other services like Plus or whatever and you always have to wait wait WAIT! Not with Drews, not at ALL! I called their 24 hour line because my fridge was on the fritz AGAIN after having the other company come and look at it and asked if they could come soon, they came out in less than 24 hours, made me a priority! When they say they are the best, they aren't lying! The owner himself came out, was very thorough, had my diagnosis AND fixed my fridge in less than an hour and only charged me $100! I mean you cannot beat the service, the savings, the results! They all speak for themselves! I will ONLY use DAS for anything appliance related from now on!

I don't like computers or the way they make appliances these days! I will just be honest, and that is what I expect in those I hire to do a job for me. I always used to fix my problems myself, however severe arthritis has made it difficult so I took a shot and called, they said they could be there that day but I scheduled for the next one as I had a doctor's appointment. I already knew that my dryer needed a new belt, I replaced it over 10 years ago myself and my dryer still runs as well as it did the day I bought it. I told the technician I didn't know what was wrong just to see if he would be honest he charged me the diagnosis for $100 then asked me if I wanted the repair done and not only did he diagnose the belt to be the issue, he cleaned the interior of the dryer and fixed it in about 35 minutes, all for no extra charged. I was very impressed with the service, the honesty and the price! I had an estimate 10 years before just to see if it was worth my time for a belt replacement and it was over $200 back then so I can only imagine how much it would be now. Way to go!

This is one awesome repair service let me tell ya
I had two other companies come and diagnose my refrigerator and they both charged me and did next to nothing in the end. The technician came out and was very respectful, he even asked me if I wanted him to remove his shoes when he came inside
Bottom line is this, for less than $49 I got a whole new refrigerator as my manufacturers warranty wasn't expired and the brand new model I had purchased was part of a class action lawsuit
The tech was so experienced that when he saw my refrigerator he already knew exactly what the issue was and more importantly what to do about it! Glad to know the best appliance repair company is right in my backyard, well almost
